Less puzzle-oriented than older Infocom adventure games, AMFV is a true interactive science-fiction novel, a trip through a dystopian future designed to show the supposedly logical outcome of Reaganite policies. Text adventure games thrived on the original Macs, and A Mind Forever Voyaging is considered to be a masterpiece of the genre.
